It appears to be quality. It could have been a 5 star if the instructions were better and comprehensive. The shower connection to the wall is very short and may not fit all installations. It is very important to mount the shower pipe output (Female) flush or 1/8" protruding, so that the shower head pipe/unit will tighten to the wall for a good finish. The same for the handheld shower outlet. It at least has a cover over the pipe to hide the wall opening (not very large though to cover large holes. I was fortunate enough to be able to trial fit these parts and mount the outputs appropriately.
